110 Guna Rasnaca – Set yourself free, do trauma work
/

Guna is a Post-Traumatic Growth Coach. She is passionate about healing the root cause of physical and mental suffering: simple and complex trauma. She has supported her clients on their way out of depression, anxiety, addictions, abusive relationships and autoimmune diseases by working with simple and complex trauma in a gentle and holistic way at the subconscious mind and body level.
Her experience is that anyone who is willing to be free and to heal can do it. She supports individuals in taking back the responsibility and response-ability for their health by doing the trauma work.
In Guna’s words:
 I specialize in gentle and holistic trauma work. I help people to recover from simple and complex trauma so that they can set themselves free from all limitations on the level of body and subconscious mind. As we heal trauma we connect to self and others at a deep level, we own our story, learn to love ourselves, we discover our purpose, we quit surviving and start living, we become mentally and phisically healthy, we become struggle and abuse repellant. This all takes place as we set ourselves free from limiting beliefs, harmful subconscious patterns and any addictive tendencies, be it codependency, substance or behavioural addiction. Multidimensional trauma work allows us to be free at all levels.
We usually don’t have explicit memories of the events that have left us traumatised to the extent of impacting our brain development and our nervous system. However, we have implicit memories, our body remembers, our subconscious mind has stored the events and consequently organised adaptive patterns and beliefs to protect us. Implicit memories of trauma show up in the form of reactions (mental and physiological) that used to be adaptive but are now plain harmful and self-sabotaging. Healing trauma is the only way to change the subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs permanently.
3 Steps towards freedom:
1st step: awareness and knowledge, with bravery and honesty eradicating denial, finding and owning blind spots and limiting beliefs;
2nd step: work on all levels, all dimensions (body, mind and spirit); releasing trauma from the tissues and subconscious mind, releasing emotional baggage, forgiveness work, and restoring the trust and safety.
3rd step: keep on working on your growth, again and again, the limit is the sky, the work will never be finished, if you stop growing you don’t stay there, you either grow upwards or fall backwards, up to you which direction.
_______
You know that you have healed trauma when you become genuinely grateful that it has happened, for where it has brought you and what it has given to you. That is the post-traumatic growth, when you are no longer a victim, nor a survivor, but a success. When you start living instead of surviving. And that is just the beginning. You discover your true self, you find your purpose and start living up to your potential. You don’t know what is ahead but you are excited about it.
