Chef Jason Monahan of Rotorua’s Mojo Dojo is a man on a mission. As a chef he knows how to create yummy food. As a man, he has decided to live his life to the fullest. That meant for Jason to loose 60 kg and he is nowhere finished with his journey. How did he do it? By focusing on his gut health. And armed with this knowledge, Jason provides healthy and wholesome food for everyone to enjoy. Forget about highly processed “food” full of salt, fat and sugar. His creations burst with vitamins and nutrients and are extremely yummy.
