I am an Army Retired Veteran, Mother and Military Spouse who lives with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. I spent decades suppressing childhood trauma as well as Military Trauma and a Car Accident. I have recently decided to use my voice to share my story on how I am living with it and through it instead of suffering from it.
