Kate Semeniuk is a certified Hypnotherapist and a licenced Rapid Transformational Therapist, working with people’s deepest mental struggles. By accessing their subconscious mind, we are able to look at the beliefs and feelings they form in childhood that affect their life either in a positive or negative way. In 2020, Kate and her family found themselves in isolation and she finally hit her rock bottom, where everything just crashed on her emotionally and physically. Only through personal growth and recovery, she was able to find the method that liberated her from emotional pain and childhood trauma, from addiction since the early age of 12 and a decade long depression. She is now helping others to free their minds from destructive patterns and behaviours.
In Kate’s words:
“It is absolutely hard and sometimes can seem impossible to become an observer of our own actions. Addiction first eats us alive (emotionally and physically) and then it starts to eat people around us. How to stop this cycle and use those rare sober minutes wisely, so that we can take first actions to recover. We first need to understand what are the roots of addictions and why it is so hard to make the right decisions for our bodies and minds.”
3 top tips for my audience:
1. There is an emotion that we all connect to an addictive substance. Once you find this emotion, you will be able to become an observer of your actions.
2. The rule of 5 seconds (most people only have 5 seconds to make a decision before the unconscious mind takes over). Use these 5 second wisely.
3. No one can blame themselves for things that they are not consciously aware of.
