We all experience grief as a regular part of life; however, many of us fall into the trap of escape addiction to run away from it. We find grief to be uncomfortable and overwhelming because we never learned how to grieve in healthy ways. In today’s podcast episode, we will address what escape addiction is and the false beliefs around grief so you can start to face the grief in your life and grow from it. 
Katie Rössler is a licensed counselor and grief healer from the USA living in Munich, Germany. She has over 12 years experience working with couples, individuals and families to have healthier, happier lives. After a series of losses and life challenges in 2018 and 2019, Katie began to shift her focus to helping people grieve as she went through her own grief journey. She is a wife and mom to two girls and one more on the way.
