Kristy is an author, podcaster and online business start-up creator. Kristy wrote her book “Confessions of a professional overthinker” during a period of burnout from her nursing career. Writing the book helped to heal from her burnout. Since leaving her nursing career behind she chose to go back to university to study commerce and behavioural science. She now seeks to help people in a different way. Kristy discovered the benefits of the mind-body connection as it pertains to better health outcomes. She is on a mission to increase the emotional and happiness quotient, one heart-led human at a time.
Kristy Anne is a mother of one. She is a change expert, Her background in nursing and behavioural science has seen her start a passion project called. Project InBetween is an online platform, that allows sharing stories of healing and coaching people into normalising personal and professional pivots.
